Now offering postpartum services

After working as a birth doula for several years now I have decided to start offering postpartum services as well.

Over the past few years I have seen much improvement in the area of labor and birth support. I have also come to  realize that mothers don’t always have that same kind of support once they get home with their new babies. Those first few weeks after the arrival of a new baby can be magical and exciting – but sometimes, it can also be scary and stressful.

Just like having a birth doula at your birth to encourage and guide you through your journey; a postpartum doula can help you through those first few weeks of adjusting to a new baby. Breastfeeding support, personal care, baby  care tips, a listening ear and help with light household tasks are just a few of the services I can provide.
